The exchange rate between the transaction currency and the billing currency used for processing international transactions is: A rate selected by VISA from the range of rates available in wholesale currency marketing for the applicable central processing date, which rate may vary from the rate VISA itself receives, or the government-mandated rate in effect for the applicable central processing date, in each of the above instances, plus or minus any adjustment determined by the issuer.

FREE ANNUAL CREDIT REPORT

As of December 1, 2004, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FACT Act) requires each of the nationwide consumer reporting companies to provide consumers with a FREE copy of their credit report, at the comsumers request, once every 12 months. Montana is one of the states eligible for this service as of December 1, 2004.
